We are hiring fun and friendly full-time bartenders. The ideal candidate has an upbeat friendly attitude, advanced knowledge of craft beer, strong multitasking abilities, open availability & a minimum of 2+ years experience. Our culture requires a candidate who is passionate about craft beer and the service industry, energetic with an outgoing personality to enable seamless integration with our existing team. Candidates must be a self-starter and willing to develop their knowledge continually. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of craft beer & wine, with customer service at the forefront. We also have a full service espresso bar so coffee knowledge is a plus.
Newly hired team members will enter an enthusiastic local team and work side by side with leadership as we open the doors of our brewery and share it with the world. Responsibilities:

Able to work flexible shifts and schedules; evening and weekend hours required.

Be available to represent the brewery for special taproom events and for off-site activities such as beer and other festivals, charity events, etc.

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Ability to up-sell and cross-sell items: packaged beer, merchandise, etc.

Barista
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will help create the Ink Factory Coffee experience for our guests by providing prompt service, quality beverages, while maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. The Barista is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each guest. They are also responsible for educating guests about our premium coffees. Qualifications:
Barista experience: 1 year (Minimum)
Responsibilities:

Prepare hot and cold coffee, espresso, blended coffee and tea for guests while monitoring and ensuring quality.

Work with the guests demonstrating solid product knowledge by describing the details of the product and answer any questions they may have.

Determine that all workstations are stocked with products needed. Clean and sanitize all work areas and customer-seating areas.

Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service.
