JAX PIER surf report / SUN 8am

We are seeing fun sized surf this morning at the pier in the the waist high ++ range with a light onshore wind at report time. Mostly dumpy shore pound, but the form looks a little better than yesterday. Incoming tide now with a high at 11:17 AM so it's worth a check.
